Governance

Yakshi was established in 1992 and is registered under the Andhra Pradesh(Telangana areas) Public Societies Registration Act,1350. 
The organisation is also registered with 12-A of the Income Tax Act,1961 and has the approval of
Tax Exemption under the provision of 80 G (2) and (5) of the Income Tax Act,1961. 
Yakshi is registered under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010.
